  • customer chose laminated tube priting for the first time, compared to the previous extrusion tube which could only print color blocks and big screen dots with screen printing; the printing of laminated tube was more colorful and show the product value. it also can shorten lead time and reduce cost. 

solutions

  • at the front, the bright color was covered on the white base. at the side, the printing would show some green particles and have a reflective silver effect, which gave the product appearance delicacy and glossiness.
  • during the process, we avoided the misregistered printing and highlighted the white color of front and logo to increase the 3d tactile feedback.

requirements

  • this secondary label required to inmitate japanese label, but after cymmetrik received the sample from japan, we realized that japanese version had serious broken lines. we tried our best to overcome the printing problems.
  • this product was the featured product in japan, thus the quality requirement was extremely rigorous. while cymmetrik was printing proofs, we tried various testing processes combination and changed different molding matches to reduce crimps.

  • the bottle color had to match with labels' golden edges, in order to present high end luxury visual effect. the label looked outstanding among other similar products.

requirements

  • at the beginning of the design, we gave the materials and printing process suggetions to the customer, and used verbena as the theme to have a futher discussion with the customer. finally, we decided to use foil stamping on the rim of the leaves, which can grab more attetions.

  • this high end product using foil stamping on the design and the secondary label continued the streamline of the primary label, which set the value off.
  • the bottle was dark green, so the label chose the natural color(blue, green, brown) and used some light colors to highlight, which increased the product quality and grab more attentions.

  • customer required the label should be unified in asian market; it was quite difficult to differentiate the product in taiwan market. we suggested customer to deepen the color of chinese character borders, to increase the quality of the label, and eventually the label was favored by the customer.

  • the color of camellia had higher color saturation with partly foil stamping to increase the metallic treatment, and the emphasis of the chinese characters can increase the quality of label.

  • the little sparkling foil stamping dots at the background were the pearl effect we tested and anylzed for the customer, in order to increase product quality.

  • used flexography printing process 200l to print the character graphic, which could see the fidelity and details of the face graphic.
  • used all black color as background and combine with foil stamping, flexography printing to create the metallic and pearly luster on label, gave artisan look to product.

requirements

  • in order to grab more attentions, customer required having gradient halo to enhance the saturation of pattern color.

solutions

  • in order to increase color saturation, we printed one layer of blue underneath the special color, which would not increase the color number but improve the saturation.
  • the logo design on primary label was gradient color, words were not obvious and had misregistration, so we suggested altering the word color into special color.
